Edda doesn’t know the difference between today and tomorrow is a new year. Fortunately she will also never know the horrors that her mother, siblings, and many others know as day to day life. Once at the vet he was tube fed and placed on IV. Up all night with these two. Both are at the vet now and will stay there the rest of today. Billy may not have received enough colostrum if any at all. He would have been considered waste so his well being was not a consideration to the dairy owners. Newborn Liberation

Welcome the two newest members of #DarkMountainSanctuary. Billy was born today and would have gone to a veal farm. Edda was born yesterday and was already, tagged, numbered and given an RFID in her ear. Together with @roostersanctuary we brought them to a safe forever home where they will never know the horrors of farm life.
